概述:Endovascular repair of descending thoracic aortic lesions is associated with a substantial risk of perioperative spinal cord ischaemia (SCI) which may lead to permanent paraplegia. 概述:We report a minimally invasive, hybrid endovascular approach that was used to treat two patients with aberrant right subclavian arteries. 概述:Approximately 6 months after the successful implantation of an abdominal aortic endovascular graft, a patient suffered an acute aortic dissection. The false lumen of the dissection terminated in the excluded aneurysm sac, resulting in a lack of outflow. Extreme true lumen compression eliminated blood flow within the distal aorta, resulting in the patient’s demise.
